Can I Reward Points for Things Like Free Downloads, Email Subscribes and Signups?

You can absolutely give rewards for what we call Goals and Conversions. These are things like free downloads, email subscriptions, maybe a sign up or even just navigation to a specific page. It starts with creating a new Goal in the Goal and Conversions area, in the Engagement Console (https://console.kazookyloyalty.com). Sign in and go to the Goals and Conversions tab.
When you are here, click on “Create New” and add the new Goal Name, such as Free Download. Your visitor will receive reward points when he reaches the goal page. After you create your new goal, you will see your new goal  in the main conversion list. Go ahead and click on the the Conversion Code link.
You will need to add the code to the web page that will be used to track the goal. For example, the conversion would happen on either the page where the user can download a file from or more commonly a “thank you” or “confirmation” page that they see after the download. You can add the code anywhere within the <body> tags of the page. The code is the critical part in tracking the free download.
